QuickMirror (current version is 1.31)
What is QuickMirror?
QuickMirror is a Windows file management utility that quickly transforms destination folders into mirror images of source folders. Variations of mirroring are allowed through basic and advanced options. All mirroring actions can be saved into a log for future review. A preview command enables testing mirroring options on the source and destination folders, and when used with logging, provides a way to see the results of mirroring beforehand. QuickMirror can be used for many purposes, such as quick updating of backups, synchronization and mirroring.
Supported Platforms
QuickMirror runs under Windows 95, 98, ME, NT4, 2000, XP, 2003, Vista, 2008, 7 and 8 including 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
QuickMirror provides methods of backup, synchronization, and drive mirroring*
* Complete run-time drive mirroring is currently implemented for Windows 95 and 98. Support for later versions is in development - click here.

You can use QuickMirror to quickly backup your important files and folders periodically. QuickMirror saves time by comparing your files to what was backed up before and backing up only the changes that were made. It is usually much faster and efficient than deleting old backups and recopying entire folders, or simply copying files and folders over backed up files and folders, which may leave behind files and folders no longer needed.
You can use QuickMirror for efficient synchronization of files and folders on different computers. Keep files and folders up-to-date as needed. Synchronization includes the option to copy newer files to either the source or destination, ensuring the most recent files are preserved.
You can use QuickMirror to create a mirror of an entire drive; runtime drive mirroring is currently limited to Windows 95/98*. Mirror drives can be used for many purposes:
QuickMirror Technical Information
QuickMirror is written entirely in Assembly code, optimized for speed, unlike the majority of compiled code that even the best compiler could not produce. This accounts for the small size of QuickMirror, which conserves memory and is small enough to run in the speedy cache of most CPUs. QuickMirror has a "smart" system memory usage that dynamically allocates and frees memory which reduces operating system overhead and further increases speed. In addition, disk accesses (accounting for most of the time involved when mirroring) are minimized. QuickMirror is optimized and packed with features; our program may seem small in file size, but it is extremely powerful. When you register QuickMirror you are gaining a license to use our powerful software and you are supporting its future development.
